Do you feel stuck and unable to move on? Are you struggling to process a difficult experience? Do you have the same thoughts over and over again?

The commotion and chaos of everyday life means it can be challenging to find time dedicated to you, where you can think and unravel what is truly going on. You may feel like you’re running around in circles, drained and weighed down, not really knowing why. You may have specific concerns that you would like to resolve or may just want somewhere to go to talk things through.

Whatever the reason, you will be offered a safe, reflective and supportive space where you can explore and consider the issues that are affecting you. I will actively listen and understand your world and experiences. You are the expert on your life and it is you who knows what hurts and what is important to you. I offer a warm and sensitive approach, free from judgment, where you will feel accepted and understood. I believe you have within you the resources for change. We will work together to find what works best for you. Through this you will gain a heightened sense of awareness and engage more fully in life.

Majda B. Rogers

BA, BSc, MSc, MBACP, MBPsS

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have a wealth of experience working with adults, young people and children in the NHS and other services. I have been trained in three different models of psychotherapy, which I integrate in my practice in accordance to each client’s needs and goals for therapy. My training has focused on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Person-Centred Therapy. In addition to these main theoretical models, my work is informed by other approaches such as existential ideas and mindfulness practice. My main aim is to provide a safe and confidential space where we can explore the issues at hand and help you make the change you want.

M.B. Rogers Therapy is conveniently located in Liverpool street, just a stone’s throw away from Bank and Moorgate stations. There are excellent transport links into central London, making our office extremely accessible. There is a main reception and relaxed waiting area, including restroom facilities. Sessions are held in a quiet, spacious and comfortable setting, thoughtfully designed with clients’ needs in mind.
